Cancellation policy and reservation deposit

If you wish to book a stay in our guesthouse, we require a reservation deposit of 500 CZK,- per adult per stay, payable in advance. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your stay.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your stay, the following cancellation fees will apply:

     
 Cancellation is notified more than 30 days prior to arrival   No charge 
 Cancellation between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival   30% of full price 
 Cancellation in less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in case of non attendance   Full price applied, no refund available

For services in our guesthouse you can use either cash (you can pay both in CZK or Euro) or following credit cards: MASTERCARD, MASTERCARD ELECTRONIC, MAESTRO, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, V PAY, DINERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL, AMERICAN EXPRESS a JCB.

Check-in / Check-out

On arrival rooms are ready from 3:00 pm (should you need your room to be ready earlier, this is possible by prior arrangement). Your room must be vacated on the day of your departure by 10:00 am.

Our guesthouse operates a strict NO SMOKING policy without exception.

For residents the WiFi internet connection is available.

Bicycles are available for hire from our guesthouse from 200 CZK per person per day. While riding a bike you can enjoy all fascinating landmarks in our beautiful surroundings.
